Test Canon EOS 550D

A really nice toy !!

It’s hard to make a choice between a Canon 7D and a Canon 550D/T2i.

For sure the 7D is a true pro DSLR with a tropicalized body, 8 fps… But if you only intend to use it for shooting video have a look to the 550D who is based on the same 18-megapixel sensor (factor 1,6 x) and has the same video mode.

550D is also lighter (body : 450g) et cheaper (around 700€).

Height has been a key factor for me, the 550D will be flying on the Heli RC..

Un nouveau jouet, de nouvelles possibilités..

Beau dilemne entre Canon 7D et le récent 550D !

D’un côté un vrai reflex pro, double Digic 4, 8 fps… de l’autre un semi pro un peu gringalet. La comparaison semble tout acquise pour le 7D.

Cependant avec des caractéristiques vidéos très proche du 7D, un poids et un prix plus léger (475g/800€) le 550D tient la route.

Pour ma part, le rapport poids/puissance est déterminent, le 550D volera bientôt sur l’hélico RC… On a limité le poids du matérielle embarqué à 1,2 kgs.

Superbe exploitation du 550D continuez !!Avez vous tournez avec un micro externe ou est-ce le son direct du CANON?

I do not create many comments, but after reading through a lot of remarks on Test Canon EOS 550D | WILD RUSH. I do have a few questions for you if it’s okay. Is it simply me or do some of these remarks appear like they are written by brain dead visitors? 😛 And, if you are posting at other online social sites, I would like to follow anything fresh you have to post. Would you make a list of all of all your social pages like your twitter feed, Facebook page or linkedin profile?

    Difficile de se décider pour un appareil photo. Ils ont tous leur qualité et leur défaut, ça reste cher donc mieux vaut ne pas se tromper. Merci pour ces renseignements en tout cas.
